Ahh, Election day. A time for Americans to take part in the democratic process and choose our country's next leaders. We all have our opinions on who will be best fit for the job(s) and those opinions are great. I just have something a bit more urgent. I've noticed a recent trend. A biological trend. This isn't the first discovery it's just the first time I've been able to address it in public. Just the other day I discovered something that is almost unspeakable and I don't think women talk about it enough. You may discuss this with your friends behind closed doors, but I'm bringing this issue to the forefront. Bringing into the spotlight. (My blog is a social spotlight, right?) I'm not sure how to say this but I found a chin hair. . .on my chin. Some may call this a "whisker" but hey, tomayto, tomahto. Does this mean I'm officially a woman? Does this mean I get a green light to wear mom pants? Does this mean I can start going out in public without mascara? Someone please help me in this difficult time. First it was my physical health that was wavering as I tried to run 3+ miles. Now THIS?!? Someone give me a pair of keds sneakers and some sippie cups. While I'm at it I might as well start wearing stirrup pants. I think as women we all owe it to ourselves to do a monthly whisker, eh hem, chin hair check on ourselves. If we ever see a fellow woman who is suffering from this phenomenon we owe it to ourselves to help our fellow womankind out. I mean, I can only hope someone would tell me. And if you do happen to see me wandering around with a chin hair and stirrup pants, go ahead and inform me of both travesties. Thank you.
Over and out.
Vote today.
But not if you're voting for. . .nevermind.
Just vote.
