Today Cailyn hit me with a new one. As she sat at the kitchen island she held a small stick in her hand. As I fixed lunch for her and William she explained to me that was her "cigaroll". "You're what?", "Mom, I'm betending this is my cigaroll." I continued to explain that "cigarolls are nasty, bad for you and SO stinky." I received a response of "Mom...I'm betending I'm older and smoking a cigaroll. My friends are over there and so I blow my cigaroll over there." I was trying desperately not to laugh. Then she said "Mom, let's betend this is a kitchen where you can have cigarolls. I'm really into cigarolls." At least my 3yo has proper cigaroll etiquette.
(Note to self: hide cigarolls and stop smoking in front of my children.)
