When reading the title say it the way Santa does in A Christmas Story when Ralphie goes to visit him. That's the vibe I'm puttin' out. I took this picture a few weeks ago and thought it was pretty funny, albeit crude. For a moment I thought it might be a good idea for my niece. (Not the new one, the other one.) Then I thought about it a little more and considered that her father is my brother-in-law. She doesn't need any more lessons on rudeness or how to be crude. Mr. Rude actually makes farting and burping sounds, most of which little Addi hears plenty of. When I look at the picture now I feel it encompasses much of the modern Christmas spirit. Sadly it also reminds me of an old man in his rascal who almost ran Steven and I over at Wal-Mart when we were blocking the aisle he wished to scoot down. After shooting us a go to-you-know-where look, he lurched his rascal forward whether we were out of his way or not. Mr. Rude makes a farting sound after you squeeze his hand, burps and then says "How rrrrewd!" Now that I think of it, I had the book when I was young and impressionable. That answers a lot of questions about me now!A mystery meat of a blog. Welcome to my life: A mish-mash of recipes, food, faith, photography, parenting and our crazy life in general. You never know what you'll get!
About Me

- My husband and I have two children. One of each brand. Cailyn is 3 and William is almost 2. I spend my days cleaning up messes, playing dress-up, prince and princess, and hopefully doing my children a service by teaching them some manners and virtues.
